Nothing. We visit without obligation, look at the situation and discuss your wishes and budget.
How far ahead should I plan?
For a kitchen or bathroom we count on six to ten weeks between approval and start. Larger renovations are planned together in phases.
Do you handle the permit?
Yes. For extensions and dormers we prepare the drawings and the application to the municipality.
Do you also work outside Utrecht?
We work in Utrecht and the surrounding area, including Amersfoort, Houten and Zeist.
